Attorney Fonseca grew up in Houston, Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with high honors, from the University of Houston – Main Campus. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was named to the Dean's List for academic achievement several times. In 2018, he was admitted to practice law in Texas.
Today, The Fonseca Law Firm represents the people of the Greater Houston area and surrounding communities in immigration law — citizenship, family-based petitions and humanitarian protection.
